Very good hotel. The staff is very cordial, it's a new building with shining pavement and large rooms. Good forniture, frigobar, large bathtub, hot water... There's also Dollar, a very friendly dog. Excellent cost/benefit.
Tv reception could be better, but I left it on for the noise. Was not even paying attention.
banana pancake was great at the breakfast
first night sheets were smelling badly, then they were changed but they were not very clean at all.
It is not in the centre of Siem Reap (which could be an advantage..) yet within walking distance and strategically located between airport/Angkor temple area/Bus station/City. Hotel offers free transfer from the airport and also tuk-tuk transportation to downtown in the evening.
The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful in regards to everything. Free Tuktuk service to the main city location and to and from the airport. Tuktuk drive was an absolute champion! The rooms were large and comfortable. I stayed for three nights, extremely good value for money.
No swimming pool, but i just walked 100 meters up the road and used another hotels.
Staff were extremely friendly. A lovely room and they also offered a free airport pick up and tuk tuk ride into the centre of town. Would highly recommend it and it's a great price also.
Not much in the immediate area. Location could be a bit better.
We really enjoyed staying here so much and wish we could have stayed longer! Very good value for the price and i would recommend. Our room was nice and clean. The hotel had sent us the e-mail for airport pick up arrangement before we go there. When we arrived at the airport, the staff were waiting there and bring us to the hotel. They were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating to anything we needed. Lovely breakfast and everything was organized perfectly: tuk tuk to visit the temples and our bus to Phnom Penh. This hotel is really good place for a budget traveler to stay.
We spent only one night at this hotel, a delightful place to stay and would definitely come back. The staff is extremely helpful and always available. The rooms are large, airy, very comfortable and clean.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were offered free tuk-tuk rides to and from the city.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room is large and the kept cleaning everyday. I had a very good sleep after every day visiting the temples. Thanks to Peannar, my tuk tuk driver who was very helpful and informative. He could communicate well in English. This made my whole trip a lot easier. The breakfast was very nice with many choices. Really worth the money I paid and definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers.
Big room with big window.
no swiming pool but was writen that is,dark corridor
Nice clean hotel with exceptional friendly and helpful staff; the manager Mr. Meng Sok, Mr. Ka and tiger took good care of us. The hotel is located a short distance from the city center next to the night market. It’s a 15 minutes’ walk or 3 minutes by tuk tuk for 1 dollar. The hotel provides transport free of charge to and from the bus station, -airport or -city center. Just ask at the lobby. There are 3 computers free of charge. Try the very good Chinese restaurant Poh de Paris to the right when you walk out the door (makes a nice change after all the Cambodian food). We did Angkor Wat in 3 days. One day by bike and two days by tuk tuk to visit the more distant temples. If you can stand the heat try to visit the main temple in the middle of the day when all the tours go for lunch. The floating villages on the Tonle sap are best visited in the early morning when you have the place more or less to yourself.
the staff: extremely friendly and helpful. Their English was perfect and they really did their best to help us with whatever we needed. They booked for us bus tickets and we had to pay the real rate, which came as a very pleasant surprise because most of the hotels we stayed in charged high fees when booking tickets. Mr Meng was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
Staff was excellent, attentative to one's every need. Good value for money and delicious pankakes for breakfast!
Bathroom facilities are a bit outdated.
The hotel is in a good location near everything you need as market and shop and only 5 or 7minutes away by tuk tuk to the down town area (old market). the staffs are very friendly and provide good service. the hotel room was beautifully decorated, good working air-con and many other facilities to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and made fresh to order. there was also free wi-fi available in the room and several computers in the lobby. If we return to siem reap next time, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
excellent staff:) they speak English very well.my flight to the next country was at night, but they gave me a room until late noon.the tuktuk driver was really nice and helpful.I hired him for 5days during my stay in Siem Reap.Breakfast is also good.Especially I love banana pancake.I will recommend this hotel to my friends!
